Within walking distance to the main shopping centres, cricket nets (20 metres), fisher park and ellem oval (australian rules and cricket fields), tennis courts (100 metres), netball courts, grafton district services club, grafton high school, olympic swimming pool, hotels, hockey complex (on site) and clarence river rowing and sailing clubs. This newly built building is situated 100 metres from grafton's main street. A modern stainless steel kitchen with cooking area, dishwasher and serving areas with a outside verandah for relaxation.
